Our R & D unit plays a crucial role in keeping our knowledge up-to-date by conducting surveys and research from time to time. More important than this is the part played by it in testing and retesting the material for its metallurgical & chemical composition. The measures taken by them allow for the optimum maintenance of quality of TMT bars and structural steel of varied grades. We have also installed a coal-fired furnace at our manufacturing unit for the purpose of heating up billets to the temperature of 1200 degree Celsius. In fact, the complete process of compression & elongation is brought together and automated at each step of rolling the steel.

Warehousing and Packaging

With the intention to store ferrous & non-ferrous metal in an orderly, safe and convenient manner, we have divided our spacious warehouse into a number of sections. It is well-ventilated & covers a wide area and helps us keep our products safely. For this purpose, we have also instructed and trained our storekeepers to handle the products properly. This implies that our products remain untouched by damages like corrosion with their physical properties remaining intact. The same is ensured even though the maintenance of the ideal temperature. Further, we have made proper arrangements to ward off accidents like fire by installing other amenities. Subsequently, we also provide customized packaging of our steel products. As a result of all these aids, we are able to deliver our products to the clients both in time as well as in perfect condition.
